Homegrown Atlantans 3

Raised in ATL, Residing in South Fulton

South Fulton is the chosen home to many of great Atlantans who are simply home grown successes. I love the success-driven, rich history of several South Fulton residents from the famous to the highly driven successful ones. Rich in the history of residents from Hamilton Bohannon, the musical great to Westlake High School, the high school who has had the most NFL players in the nation to play to with the NFL to Atlanta’s current Mayor, Kasim Reed being educated here through twelfth grade.  Yes, South Fulton is rich in history and truly has some talented residents including however not limited to Nicole Garner-Scott along with Walter and Michael JaNae Blackmon.

Nicole Garner-Scott

Nicole Garner-Scott simply rocks! She defines #BlackGirlMagic and has been a national powerhouse since graduating from Westlake high school.  She recently founded 100 Female Entrepreneurs a global business league for female entrepreneurs. Her magic and success does not stop there. Nicole Garner-Scott is the product of Westlake High School, Georgia State University and New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She founded and is the principle of the high profile events planning, fashion and lifestyle, public relations and marketing agency – The Garner Circle PR.  Beginning her career under the tutelage of some of the industry’s most noted entertainment and celebrity publicists, Nicole soon realized her passion for the lifestyle side of Public Relations.

With clients ranging from the Jaguar Luxury Brand, Lionsgate, Ciara, Estelle, Oxygen, Bravo, Beautiful Textures Hair Care, Porsche, Adidas, Xbox, Hyundai, P&G and more with efforts appearing on MTV, BET, E!, VH1, NBA TV and on the glossy pages of many of today’s most well noted magazines and blogs she shines brightly and makes South Fulton proud as one of their very own.
