Refresh and Reset Your Fitness Routine

Happy New Year, Y’all!

New year, new beginnings! It’s my pleasure to unveil some changes from our corporate office that will ensure the South Fulton Lifestyle magazine you have come to love over the past two years has a fresh new look! I hope you enjoy the new layout and this month’s Active theme.

As much as it’s a cliche to declare a lifestyle change, a new diet plan and a brand-new workout regimen in January of a new year, I’d like to invite you to look at this custom through a new lens. Instead of resolving to lose 20 pounds, commit to something fun and interesting or try a new workout that has the bonus feature of being a way to spend time together as a family. Coaches Zed and Tanetta Carter of Precision Athletic Corps have some ideas to share. Sample a new healthy recipe, such as the deconstructed vegetable sushi bowl in this issue, each week rather than trying to starve yourself and then failing miserably. I’m talking about a total system reset rather than a resolution. This issue of SFL will help you along the way!
