Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
Makes 2 to 3 servings
2 (5.3 ounce) cups strawberry cheesecake-flavored Greek yogurt
½ cup milk
1 cup ice
1 cup whole frozen strawberries
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (use more or less to your taste)
Whipped cream (optional)
- Place yogurt, milk, ice, strawberries, and vanilla extract in a blender, and blend until smooth. I like to leave mine on the thick side, but blend to the consistency that you prefer.
- Divide smoothie evenly into your favorite glasses. Top evenly with graham cracker crumbs and whipped cream (if you’re feeling extra special). Enjoy immediately.
