Marie says that infusing wellness into the corporate arena is an essential part of growth for today’s companies. Most people spend more time at work than with family, therefore boosting worker morale can create a more abundant workplace.

Since earning her degrees, the mentor and yoga instructor has helped countless individuals increase their vitality through healthy lifestyle plans focusing on nutrition, fitness, motivation and behavioral lifestyle changes. Her greatest assets include leading individuals and teams to success, while encouraging others to stay committed to self, first served with an enormous dose of love.

In addition to lending her expertise to individual clients, she’s serviced bigger entities too. Government, faith-based, private and community-based organizations include some of the industries she’s touched through local programs. Her experience has expanded into the fields of prevention within Community Wellness, Maternal Child Health, and Youth Health Promotion to name a few. For Marie, the work doesn’t stop there. The mother, daughter and sister dream of taking young people on international travel excursions to expose them to global culture and help them thrive. Until then, Marie will continue to work with organizations to address their health and wellness needs through A Noble Sol.
