Do you hear that? It’s the sound of nature springing to life! Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, pollen is floating and children are playing outside as the weather gets warmer and the days grow longer.

This month at South Fulton Lifestyle, we bring you our Eco issue in honor of Earth Day on April 22. Inspired by the infinite beauty of the Earth—and our desire to preserve and protect it—we compiled an array of eco-conscious and eco-friendly people and places making a difference right here in the Atlanta area.

From eco-minded artists and businesses to luxury cars with environmentally friendly features, this issue is a celebration of all things Mother Nature. Throughout this issue, you’ll find simple ways to be eco-friendly, such as buying an ENERGY SMART thermostat. GreyStone is even offering a $100 rebate so you can save some of your green (see what I did there? Ha, ha!). Whether or not you have a green thumb, we hope the stories in these pages evoke feelings of gratitude for the wonderful world we live in—and the wonderful people in our community who strive to sustain it. Enjoy a story about neighbors who really get out and share with one another by hosting a progressive dinner. You might want to try this #SoFu! Lastly, the article about a small t-shirt printing business that is taking South Fulton by storm turns out to be a true testament to the love of the husband and wife owners.

Not sure where to start? Though many readers have shared with us that they keep every issue, if this is not you, please be sure to recycle! When you’ve finished enjoying this issue, we encourage you to recycle it so it can be turned into future magazines. After all, that’s what makes the world go ‘round!
