An Unstoppable Mother/ Daughter Team in Law and Philanthropy

Chelsea Freeman Dease 

Southwest Atlanta Native, a neighborhood she fondly refers to as the “SWATs.” 

Education:  Woodward Academy and Henry W. Grady High School,  University of South Carolina as a Spanish and Dance Major and law school at the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. 

 

Career: Greenberg Traurig, LLP in Buckhead as a products liability associate, wherein her practice includes medical malpractice, mass torts, and medical device and pharmaceutical litigation. She is passionate about God, Family, Fashion, Fitness, AKA Sorority, and Travel. Engaged in an active pro-bono practice that makes use of her Spanish fluency and passion for female reproductive rights.

Fashion, Fitness and Travel – Favorite destination to date: Cartagena

Background:  Atlanta native, Spelman College grad 

“I married my college sweetheart, Ronald J. Freeman Sr., a Morehouse graduate. We are the proud parents of Chelsea Freeman-Dease and Ronald J. Freeman Jr.  I am currently an office manager for Johnson & Freeman LLC, Attorneys at Law.  I am passionate about generously giving to others including the Young Family YMCA, the American Cancer Society, Alzheimer Organization, and Tiger Soccer Academy Club. We sponsor five incoming freshmen with the Ronald & Gwendolyn Freeman Scholarship Fund at Georgia State University School of Law.”

Water aerobics, travel, event planning.
